The staff's attention to detail was impressive during check-in.

During our four-night stay, we faced numerous frustrations. Moreover, the towels were nowhere to be found, taking hours for anyone to bring us some, which was incredibly disappointing.

The cleanliness of the floors and common areas left much to be desired!!! The maintenance of fixtures seemed neglected, specifically in the bathrooms where I encountered peeling wallpaper and poorly functioning appliances!!!

The room was very spacious, allowing my family to feel at ease during our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights. I really appreciated having a well-equipped kitchen. it made meal prep easy and enjoyable. The welcoming staff truly enhanced our experience.

Breakfast had a nice variety each day, with fresh options provided regularly. Overall, the place felt very welcoming and comfortable.

The pool area added extra fun for the kids after our long days. On the downside, I found the cleanliness lacking, especially in the bathroom, where the floors were filthy and sticky upon arrival. It took hours to get towels, which was frustrating. Some staff interactions were unprofessional, making our check-in process less pleasant than expected. It's a mixed bag, but we appreciated the large room and amenities like the kitchen. I'd consider returning if I had to, but improvements in cleanliness and staff professionalism are definitely needed.

my family had a fantastic stay at homewood suites. the location was super convenient, especially with walmart just down the road. we loved the amazing breakfast setup each morning that everyone enjoyed, and the staff were incredibly helpful. special shoutout to christian for his outstanding service when we needed help with a gift for friends!
